In 2022, Pat McCue received the "ESER Lifetime Honorary Guest Award" for his contributions to the ESER Symposia. Pat has been named Theriogenologist of the Year by the Society for Theriogenology and nominated for the Frank J. Milne State-of-the-Art Lecturer at the 69th AAEP Annual Convention for his lifetime contribution to developing and teaching clinical equine reproduction. As the Iron Rose Ranch Professor of Equine Theriogenology, Pat has focused on reproductive endocrinology and pathology, hormone therapy, and embryo transfer. He is also actively involved in clinical consultation on high-risk obstetrical cases at the James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Pat is the author of several books on equine reproduction, including "Equine Embryo Transfer", "Equine Reproductive Procedures", "Formulary and Protocols in Equine Reproduction", and "Foal Formulary and Field Protocol Guide".
