The Keros ET Course fills up every year—and for good reason 😊
To ensure a highly interactive, hands-on learning experience, participation is strictly limited to just 18 veterinarians.
If you’re interested in joining this year’s course or would like to be considered for future editions, simply click the “Waiting List” button on the website or get in touch with us at info@eser2026.com. If we receive a cancellation, the next person on the waiting list will be contacted. Veterinarians on the waiting list that were not able to attend this year's course, will be contacted and given the opportunity to register for the next Keros ET Course before registration is opened to the public.
The International Symposium on Equine OPU-ICSI-IVF (ISEOI) is organized as a pre-symposium event. Only participants to the ESER-2026 Symposium can register for the ISEOI. Unfortunately, registration to the ISEOI only is not permitted.
Transfer to Bruges is provided for free by the ESER 2026.
However, if you require transportation directly from Beselare to Brussels Airport (Zaventem) on Sunday afternoon, please notify us before the ESER event starts so that we can help you make arrangements either by train from Ieper to Brussels airport or by airport taxi (approx 90 min).
We will be happy to bring you to the Ieper train station (20 min ride). Train schedule from Ieper (Ypres) to Brussels Airport:

Due to a European law that came into effect in June 2021, VAT must be charged on services consumed within an EU country. This means that, similar to paying tax when dining at a restaurant or staying in a hotel, attending a symposium in Belgium is considered a form of “consumption” and is therefore subject to Belgian VAT.
You can read more about this regulation here:
https://www.fidelium.eu/en/tax-news/vat-on-educational-and-scientific-events-location-criteria-june-2021
It is possible to reclaim VAT, depending on where your organization/company is established:
- For taxpayers established in the European Union:
More information on the refund process is available here:

You can find the relevant guidance here:

If you’re unsure which process applies to you, it’s best to consult your finance department or tax advisor.
Cancellations are accepted until July 1, 2026, and must be submitted in writing to info@eser2026.com. You are responsible for confirming that ESER has received your cancellation request. A non-refundable €100 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. Unfortunately, cancellations received after July 1, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
Registration for the symposium, workshops, and courses can be transferred to another delegate without prior consent from ESER. However, the entire package (symposia and workshops) must be transferred to the same person. All transfers must be communicated in writing to info@eser2026.com, and you should confirm that ESER has received your request so that we can prepare the correct badges for the meeting.
