We welcome poster submissions covering all aspects of equine reproduction. ESER delegates are invited to submit a poster for consideration. Selected posters will be printed locally, free of cost and made available at the meeting. The presenting author will receive a voucher (€75 value) to use towards the purchase of books available in the ESER bookstore online.

Once your poster is ready, you can submit it as a PDF file by email.
Final submission deadline = Thursday 1 October 2026 at midnight.
The voucher can only be used towards a new purchase of books from the ESER online bookstore. It cannot be applied retrospectively to books that have already been purchased, and no refunds or credit notes will be issued for previous book purchases.
