• The ISEOI will take place on 14–15 October 2026. The ISEOI commercial exhibition takes place on Wednesday 14 Oct only and provides direct access to over 200 highly specialized professionals in equine OPU and ICSI from around the world.

• The ISEOI booths will be set up in the coffee and lunch area on the 4th floor of BMCC ("The View" room). The booths are 2m wide with a table, chairs, and electricity provided by ESER. You can place stand-alone banners behind and on the sides of the table if you desire. There is no backdrop or wall to attach material to.

• The purpose of the booths at the ISEOI is to engage in direct conversation with a highly specialized audience and have a limited exhibit of materials. The goal is to set up leads and invite people to come to your (larger) booth in the Expo Hall on Thursday and Friday.

• For the exact times of the coffee and lunch breaks, consult the scientific program for the ISEOI on the ESER website.

• Your booth needs to be set up on Wednesday morning between 7:30 and 9:00 and taken down on Wednesday afternoon after 16:00. You cannot leave material in this room. All materials must be taken to your booth in the Expo Hall before the end of the day.

• The ESER-2026 takes place on Thursday and Friday, 15–16 October 2026, and will welcome over 500 veterinarians and more than 60 companies.

• The commercial exhibition will be located in the Expo Hall of the BMCC, where delegates will gather for coffee breaks, lunches, and the traditional reception and walking dinner on Thursday evening.

• Stand sizes and formats in the Expo Hall vary according to sponsorship level.

• Key timings:

  Wednesday 14 October: ESER stand set-up, 09:00–20:00

Reserved parking is available for exhibitors in the BMCC underground car park. Parking spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The parking fee is €17,10 per vehicle per day. The maximum height is 2.40m.

If the BMCC car park is fully booked, an alternative underground car park, 't Zand, is located very close to the BMCC and can be used as an alternative parking option. The parking fee here is the same as at the BMCC.

The BMCC is located in the historic city centre of Bruges. Cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes have free access; heavier vehicles are subject to specific access restrictions and require a permit. If your stand construction requires a vehicle weighing more than 3.5 tons or access outside the standard delivery windows, please notify us no later than 9 October 2026. We will coordinate the necessary permit application with the City of Bruges.

The ESER exhibition is located in the Expo Hall on the ground floor of the BMCC.

For exhibitors and stand contractors, access to the Expo Hall is via the BMCC service entrance in Maagdenstraat.

Stand construction and deliveries for ESER are scheduled for Wednesday 14 October from 09:00 to 20:00.

For larger vehicles, additional city access restrictions apply. Vehicles between 3.5 and 12 tonnes are subject to designated delivery windows unless a permit has been obtained; vehicles over 12 tonnes are subject to stricter restrictions. Permit requests should be submitted to us by 7 October 2026.

No, not automatically. The Expo Only badges included in your sponsorship package provide access to the exhibition area but do not grant access to the scientific sessions. The Thursday Evening Reception & Walking Dinner is one of the highlights of ESER-2026 and takes place in the Expo Hall. All exhibitors have free access to the walking dinner as this is included in your sponsorship package.

Immediately after the scientific programme, delegates, speakers and exhibitors gather in the exhibition area for drinks, food and informal networking. The Walking Dinner is served throughout the exhibition area, allowing delegates to circulate between the stands.

Sponsors are encouraged to personalise their presence during the evening, for example by offering regional food or beverages, refreshments, small snacks, product demonstrations or promotional gifts. Food and beverages can either be brought by the exhibitor or ordered through the official ESER caterer, Gourmet Invent (Eline.Vekeman@gourmetinvent.be).

ESER-2026 exhibitors can set up their stands on Wednesday 14 October 2026, between 09:00 and 20:00.

The ESER exhibition is located in the Expo Hall on the ground floor of the BMCC. Exhibitors and stand contractors should access the Expo Hall via the BMCC service entrance in Maagdenstraat.

All exhibition materials should be delivered via this service entrance. If you are using a vehicle for delivery, please make sure you comply with the Bruges city-centre vehicle access regulations. Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes or vehicles requiring access outside the permitted delivery windows may require a permit.

Permit requests should be submitted by 7 October 2026.

If you are using your own custom stand builder, please make sure your stand design has been communicated to and approved by the ESER/BMCC team before production.

The final exhibition floor plan will be shared shortly and will provide an overview of the final stand locations and layout.

Conference bags will be provided to approximately 600 participants.

You are welcome to include a brochure and/or giveaways in the conference bags, subject to prior approval from our team. The deadline for submitting these materials is 1 October 2026. Please send the goods to:

The BMCC has limited storage capacity. Only small shipments can be delivered to the BMCC no earlier than seven days before the event and must be arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.

Please ensure that shipments comply with the following requirements:

• Deliveries can be made from seven days before the event onwards.

• Address: BMCC, Beursplein 1, 8000 Bruges, Belgium.

• Clearly indicate the name of the event and the Event Coordinator of the BMCC (Kim Van Nieuwenhuyze) on the shipment.

• Deliveries are accepted Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

• The BMCC will receive the materials, store them in a secure location and inform the organiser upon receipt.

• All materials must be collected immediately after dismantling, unless otherwise agreed with the Event Coordinator.

• The BMCC cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft or incorrect delivery/collection.

Important for international shipments:
Please note that the BMCC does not have an EORI number and therefore cannot take responsibility for international shipments or customs procedures.
