Micaela Vita (Autonomous University of Barcelona, 2008) joined Keros at the beginning of 2011. She has been interested in equine reproduction since 2009 and worked in Spain between 2008 and 2011. She has also completed externship specialized in reproduction in Argentina and the United States.
For over a decade, Micaela has managed a herd of 1,500+ recipient mares and coordinated training for visiting students and interns. She holds a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (Stud Medicine) from the University of Liverpool (2018) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Reproductive Technologies with the University of Murcia.
